As a Plant Performance Manager with Contact Energy, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our geothermal power plants. Your responsibilities will include monitoring plant equipment, adjusting controls to optimize performance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team, working on both existing and new geothermal power plants. If you have relevant experience and a passion for sustainable energy, we encourage you to apply.
ResponsibilitiesThe primary focus of this role is to manage the performance of our geothermal power plants safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring plant performance, maintaining efficiency, and identifying potential issues.
- Adjusting controls to optimize performance and respond to alarms/events.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry safety rules, codes of practice, and regulations.
- Carrying out operational routines and inspections, reporting any defective plant or apparatus.
We are looking for individuals with extensive experience in plant operations, maintenance, or a related field. A strong understanding of geothermal technologies and operating principles would be advantageous.
