The Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is a global team of over 17,000 employees, dedicated to empowering customers to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences that leverage Microsoft's products and services. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Account Manager - Enterprise Commercial. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth for our strategic enterprise customers.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned customer success professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our customers' businesses. As a Customer Success Account Manager - Enterprise Commercial, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customer stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling existing products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Monitor customer health and adoption of Microsoft products and services, providing proactive support and addressing any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field, and at least 4 years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, including Azure, 365, and other relevant technologies.
- Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
