About This Role
The Endpoint Engineering Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising endpoint solutions that protect an organisation's most valuable assets – its data and people. This role requires a strong understanding of Enterprise endpoint management solutions, Microsoft Windows end user operating systems configuration & deployment, and Endpoint security technologies. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of core Microsoft Supporting Infrastructure services and be able to work with VDI and DaaS solutions including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Amazon Workspaces, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.

Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with 8 years of IT industry experience plus experience in a Endpoint management role. The ideal candidate will have advanced End User Management experience, knowledge of hardware and software vendor support processes, and analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also have effective communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
