Office Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Office Management Specialist to join our team at Summerset. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Village and Care Centre management teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at reception for our customers, village management team, and staff
- Collate and analyze monthly reporting data, including taking meeting minutes
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong administration background, preferably in a sole charge Office Administration role
- Proficiency in accounts, reconciliations, database management, and providing administrative support to the team
- Superb organizational and time management skills
