The Warehouse Group has an exciting opportunity for a Asset Protection Specialist to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring security cameras to detect potential security threats
  2. Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor
  3. Addressing customer concerns in a professional and respectful manner
  4. Reporting incidents and uploading events onto our crime reporting platform

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
