About the Role

Metro Performance Glass Ltd is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Lead to join our high-performing team in the lower South Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing our market share in the region, working closely with our existing customer base and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the glass industry or construction sector. They will be confident, assertive, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and grow our market share in the lower South Island
  • Work closely with our existing customer base to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and preferences
