The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Lead to join our high-performing teams in the lower South Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating sales in the retail and residential markets, working with existing customer bases to develop and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with builder/trade customers throughout the Queenstown Lakes District and central Otago
  • Promote and sell Metro Performance Glass Ltd's products to existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • A well-established sales professional with experience in the glass industry or building/construction sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • A results-driven individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
