You will provide specialist nursing care and expertise, both directly and in support of other team members managing complex clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification and current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification(s) and significant experience working in the community
  • Excellent knowledge of complex health conditions across the lifespan
  • Advanced clinical assessment skills
  • Passion and expertise working collaboratively
