About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Specialist to join our team in providing expert clinical guidance and support for patients who require ongoing healthcare funding. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with acute Trusts to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide comprehensive assessments and recommendations for patients who require ongoing healthcare funding
  • To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • To provide education and training to colleagues on the principles and processes of continuing healthcare
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to continuing healthcare

Requirements

This role requires a registered nurse with experience in healthcare assessment and a good understanding of the National Framework for Continuing Care. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
