Xero's mission is to empower small businesses to supercharge their operations by automating routine tasks and providing actionable insights. Our team in the Grow domain works closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer acquisition and engagement.

We leverage systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, CRM Analytics, and other tools to achieve our strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and secure architectures for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the core Salesforce platform
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Developing software applications within our Salesforce Core product suite to create seamless experiences for internal and external customers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Developing custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform to meet business needs

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform
  • Strong understanding of integrated business processes and system architecture
  • Expertise in Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange solutions
  • Proficiency in Apex, Flows, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, and API integrations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Experience Cloud LWC's, Front-End tooling, and JavaScript Frameworks
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools, source control, and CI/CD processes and environments
  • Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click application administration interface
  • Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests
