The successful candidate will have experience with government land-related laws and regulations, particularly the Public Works Act 1981 or Land Act 1948. They will be able to see the bigger picture, provide advice in complex regulatory settings, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills aligned with strong relationship management skills.

In this role, you will lead transformative legislative changes, collaborate with key stakeholders, and champion property rights while mentoring and inspiring junior staff. You will also have the opportunity to assess and provide advice on Crown Estate risk and contribute to the responsible stewardship and sustainable use of the Crown Estate.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development of regulatory interventions for the Crown's land holdings.
