Advisor - Insights, Planning and Reporting at Land Information New Zealand Springboard, WellingtonAs a member of the Insights, Planning and Reporting team in Organisational Performance, this Business Specialist (equivalent to Advisor) role will support work to meet government accountability requirements, planning and reporting activities.
The team provides professional services, advice and support that directly contributes to our overall organisation performance and delivery of our work.
This is a key role helping the team to meet deadlines, using strong relationship management skills and writing skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with our colleagues across LINZ to meet our obligations and deliver outcomes.In a role where no two days are the same, you will see yourself doing:Utilise your knowledge and experience to demonstrate leadership and influence your colleagues and senior leaders in the areas of:enterprise planningfinancial and non-financial performance reportingsupplementary estimates processexternal auditDraft and collate reportsCoordinate the team's delivery schedulesSupport the delivery of our Annual ReportAdminister the internal policy review process and cyclesBuild relationships across LINZ at all levels to deliver planning and reporting requirements and deadlinesExperience in organisational planning and performance reporting functionsExemplary written work, including memos, reports, cover sheets, and narrative writingAttention to detail as a 'finisher' of important documentationAbility to collaborate with others and build relationshipsMeeting and workshop facilitation skillsExperience with the machinery of governmentAbility to support and coordinate projects, working groups, and work squadsExperience and knowledge of JIRA would be beneficialThe expected salary range for this role is $90,000 - $99,000 per annumToitu Te Whenua plays a vital role in understanding, developing and caring for New Zealand's whenua, moana and arawai (land, sea and waterways).
