**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solicitor to join our legal team.

As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality legal and regulatory advice on licensing and disciplinary matters.

**Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert legal advice on licensing and disciplinary matters.
  • Managing litigation files and working with external counsel as needed.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their professional development.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' PQE with experience in managing litigation and/or appearing before Tribunals or Courts.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory regimes and the machinery of government.
  • Knowledge of property and public law principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative working style.
