Job Description

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of analysis, insights, and reporting to support business objectives. You will analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that fuel business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure their data needs are met with tailored analytical support. Additionally, you will create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators related to customer engagement and business success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and implementation of analysis, insights, and reporting to support business objectives.
  2. Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that fuel business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure their data needs are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Banking product analytics experience preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity, and an ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive modelling is a plus.
