Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fish Processing Specialist to join our team at The Chefs' Warehouse. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for preparing specialty cuts of fish in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role:
  • Select products from pick tickets and stage them for production.
  • Cut product to meet customer specifications.
  • Transport finished product to the appropriate packaging line using carts.
  • Weigh product to ensure compliance with customer/company specifications.
  • Replenish stock as needed.
  • Maintain work area clean and orderly.
  • Ensure product integrity through proper handling and report damage to management immediately.
  • Familiarize yourself with all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow federal, state, and local guidelines for HACCP, OSHA, and GMP.
About You:
  • You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You have 1-3 months of experience in a related field.
