Amphenol And Its Affiliated Companies is looking for a highly qualified Quality and EHSS Management Expert to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving quality and safety management excellence across the organization.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality plans, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Leading and promoting continuous improvement and risk management programs, including FMEA, CAPA, RCCA, 8D, and Fish-Bone.
  • Managing and reporting quality performance indices, including process capabilities, cost of quality, and outgoing quality levels.
Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing site-specific safety programs in the USA, Mexico, and China, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (statutory requirements) and company standards.
  • Leading and promoting continuous improvement and risk management programs, including FMEA, CAPA, RCCA, 8D, and Fish-Bone.
  • Managing and reporting quality performance indices, including process capabilities, cost of quality, and outgoing quality levels.
