We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Registered Montessori preschool teacher to join our team at Marshwood Montessori Preschool.
About Us:We are a family-owned, small preschool with a beautiful big natural backyard and playground, along with two newly renovated classrooms.
Our Centre Director will support you in your role, providing guidance and resources to help you develop and achieve your goals.
About You:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate in early childhood education.
- Montessori certification and previous experience teaching in a Montessori setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- A passion for working with young children and commitment to providing quality education.
- Continuing to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2 to 6 years old.
- Developing and implementing Montessori-based curriculum and lesson plans for early childhood education.
- Observing and documenting each child's progress and providing feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
