About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate in early childhood education.
  • Montessori certification and previous experience teaching in a Montessori setting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • A passion for working with young children and commitment to providing quality education.
Responsibilities:
  1. Continuing to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2 to 6 years old.
  2. Developing and implementing Montessori-based curriculum and lesson plans for early childhood education.
  3. Observing and documenting each child's progress and providing feedback to parents/guardians.
