We are seeking an experienced nurse specialist to join our oncology team as a Clinical Lead. This role provides a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support to patients and their whanau during their oncology treatment.
- Work collaboratively with Radiation and Medical Oncology teams to provide high-quality care to patients based at Te Toka Tumai Auckland regionally and into community settings.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, prioritizing equity and access to care for Maori patients.
- A commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for Maori and practicing biculturalism.
- Minimum Level 3 (preferably Level 4) practice chemotherapy certified RN with a strong oncology nursing background.
- Expert clinical knowledge and leadership skills, with postgraduate qualifications preferably to master's level in NP or prescribing pathways.
