About this Role
This is a 2-year fixed-term role that plays a crucial part in the coordination of projects from commencement to completion. The successful candidate will support the Project Manager(s) and contribute to the successful implementation of the programme of work necessary for the delivery of New Zealand's General Elections.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage all project registers, ensuring timely review and update to meet key dates
  2. Prepare regular status reports for the governance group, liaising with the Programme Office as needed
  3. Maintain accurate project schedules and Kanban boards, updating the team on any variances
  4. Ensure project financials are accurately tracked and reported, contracts for suppliers are in place and accessible
  5. Organise meetings with multiple stakeholders, tracking attendance and action points

About You
We're looking for a motivated and organised individual with a proven track record in project coordination. You'll be working closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders to deliver results beyond expectations.
