**Driving Change in Disability Support Services**

The New Zealand Government is seeking a highly experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead the DSS Review Programme. As a key member of the Ministry of Social Development team, you will have the opportunity to drive change in disability support services.

As the Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive policy work programme to deliver the DSS Review Programme. This includes providing senior leadership, expert advice, and professional support to the team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead programme planning, delivery, and reporting to ensure alignment with the Ministry's broader goals and priorities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive policy work programme to deliver the DSS Review Programme.
  • Provide senior leadership, expert advice, and professional support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience at a Director or GM level leading large, complex programmes of work.
  • Social Policy and Disability Sector expertise with a strong understanding of disability support service delivery and policy issues.
