We're seeking an experienced Technical Expert to join our team at ASB Bank. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pega platform, particularly around UX/UI frameworks, and have hands-on experience in building solutions using Pega.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a problem-solver at heart who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges and delivering insightful, strategic solutions. As a Technical Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating deep technical knowledge in Pega platform, particularly around UX/UI frameworks
  • Developing capabilities and functions within Pega Platform and providing consulting to business and internal stakeholders
  • Engaging collaboratively with various stakeholders within ASB ensuring compliance by design and secured solutions
  • Mentor team members, foster a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth

The successful candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in building capabilities using Pega
  • Working experience in Pega Cloud or good understanding of cloud architecture
  • Worked as LSA in multiple Pega projects
  • Working experience in regulatory/compliance projects

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with internal and external teams within ASB.
