As an Employee Experience Manager, you will play a key role in managing employee onboarding and offboarding, implementing HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  2. Implement HR programs to improve workplace efficiency and reduce conflicts
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
  4. Conduct performance management tasks and organise annual employee performance reviews
  5. Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Degree in any field
  • Relevant experience in HR or administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
