Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Expert - Maximo Solutions to join our team in Auckland. As a Maximo Consultant, you will work on projects currently in-flight, about to start, and in the pipeline across clients in both New Zealand and Australia.


You'll enjoy scope and responsibility in this newly created role as we continue to grow. Day-to-day, you'll deliver timely services and advice to clients' Maximo needs, which may include full lifecycle greenfield implementation, managed service / ongoing support, or ongoing improvement and enhancements.



Your Responsibilities


  • Delivering high-quality services and advice to clients' Maximo needs
  • Consulting with customers on how to efficiently utilise our technology to maximise benefits and support of their business
  • Ensuring documentation of work procedures, processes and templates are up-to-date and relevant
  • Driving continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities to provide an excellent customer experience


About You

We're looking for someone with extensive experience delivering Maximo engagements with a sound technical understanding of the application.


You should have a sound knowledge of business and IT fundamentals, including business process and application technologies.


A key part of this role is effective communication, so you'll need to be able to express yourself clearly and empathetically in emails, documentation, and other communications.


You'll also need to be analytical, able to operate in a collaborative project environment, and have a keen attention to detail.
