Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Relevant marketing qualifications with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 5 years in a people management position.">
- Experience in demand generation campaigns, particularly on platform-based channels, with a focus on driving digital incentives.">
- Proven ability to develop and monetize digital marketing strategies in an agency model, creating value propositions that drive ROI for vendors.">
- Proven experience in developing successful, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.">
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media.">
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.">
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively, analyse the financial impact of marketing strategies, and optimise marketing spend.">
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.">
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.">
