We are seeking a skilled Conference Co-ordinator to join our team at Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre, located in Mt Wellington. The ideal candidate will have their own transport.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, managing events from start to finish. The Conference Co-ordinator will be responsible for quoting, planning, administration, and coordinating with the onsite Banquets team using our in-house system, Suite 8. Proficient experience with other PMS systems such as OPRA or similar would be advantageous.

What We Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in conference co-ordination
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong attention to detail
  • An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in operational banqueting would be highly beneficial
