About the Role

We are seeking a talented Event Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering events at one or more of our iconic venues, including the Aotea Centre, Aotea Square, and The Civic.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be process-oriented, and have the ability to build rapport with a range of people.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team that plans and delivers approximately 1,000 events every year.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of three to five years' experience in event management or coordination, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building.

You will be deadline-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while still retaining a high level of accuracy.

You will also have excellent communication skills, be process-oriented, and have the ability to build rapport with a range of people.
