**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Specialist to join our nursing team at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Hutt Valley.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with older adults in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
About the Role
- Assist with delegated patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and mobility support
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
Requirements and Qualifications

- Experience working with older adults, either in a rest home or hospital setting
