We offer a range of before and after school care and school holiday programs designed to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Our experienced caregivers work with children and young people to identify their strengths and areas for growth, and develop personalized plans to support their needs.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking energetic, responsible, and innovative individuals who are passionate about working with children and young people. As a caregiver with Pridelands, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our tamariki and rangatahi. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role that allows you to put the needs of others first, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our centres, at clients' homes, and in the community
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support the needs of each child and young person
  • Work collaboratively with other caregivers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our tamariki and rangatahi
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Police check and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
