About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management and Business Development Leader to join our Southern Sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers to better understand their unique business needs.

You will execute the Plumbing World brand professionally, drive sales, and ensure best practice in your territory. Achieving sales targets in line with KPIs is crucial, as well as maintaining regular and efficient service to customers in your territory and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background of at least 3 years in plumbing, civil technical sales, or the wider building industry. You should be able to quickly build strong customer relationships and implement strategic growth initiatives to develop the business.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building relationships with customers
  • Executing the Plumbing World brand professionally
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Maintaining regular and efficient service
  • Striving for constant improvement
