Job Description

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our FinPro team at Mars as a Client Executive – Financial and Professional Risks. This role will be based in a hybrid environment, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective communication with clients.
  2. Lead and develop Risk Advisors, Brokers, and administrative staff through delegation, performance management, and regular feedback.
  3. Implement and monitor renewal and broking strategies to meet service standards and maximize account profitability.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers and monitor changes within client organizations to ensure retention and development.
  5. Actively pursue revenue generation opportunities and contribute to the achievement of team business plans and objectives.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in account management within the insurance or risk management industry.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  3. In-depth knowledge of major classes of liability insurance, in particular Directors & Officers, Professional Indemnity and Cyber.
  4. Professional accreditation such as QPIB status and relevant insurance qualifications.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
