  • Manage both hard and soft services of a commercial building.
  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day building M&E maintenance and operations of the building maintenance team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations of the building.
  • Carry out scheduling of maintenance works and coordinate with all contractors and/or vendors.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/preventive maintenance program.
  • Conduct regular inspection of existing building and its services to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
  • Able to understand building drawings and technical specifications.
  • Preparation of monthly building management report.
  • Arrange for repair works to be carried out and obtain quotations.
  • Respond to client enquiries and submit reports/quotations.
  • Proficient in understanding building automation systems/BMS, ACMV, fire protection/fire alarm, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
  • Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with WSH regulations.
  • Any other relevant works as may be required.
