Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, plan, develop, and implement organisational development strategy ensuring alignment with A*STAR's mission, vision, and values and RO's mandate;
  • Assist with RO's annual strategic planning exercise including strategy sessions, work plans, and deliverables by working with department heads in aligning their initiatives with overall organisational/RO strategy;
  • Contribute to the development of actionable plans to achieve strategic objectives and mitigate risks, and monitor progress towards goals;
  • Support the development and maintenance of a robust performance management framework to track and report on strategic initiatives;
  • Develop clear strategy and policy papers for RO.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in science and/or engineering will be an advantage;
  • Possess strong strategic thinking, people, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations;
  • Team player, pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details, and results-oriented;
