Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Executive to drive sales and brand strategy for our toys brands globally. As part of our Commercial Toys team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Propose and implement sales strategies including commercial models, distribution, channel management, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with sales country and account managers to deliver strategic brand programs to achieve sales targets and secure new opportunities
• Identify market/customer range gaps and challenges and provide innovative solutions to win
• Be the category expert based on brand portfolio and use this expertise to strategically identify new product and category opportunities
