About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Systems to join our team. This critical role ensures that our residential construction systems, supplier products, and internal processes are well-integrated, efficient, and optimally managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Sourcing & Management
    • Act as the primary advocate for construction products within the business, liaising between franchises and suppliers.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure access to high-quality, cost-effective products.
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of approved products, ensuring up-to-date specifications, pricing, and compliance information.
  • System Integration & Data Management
    • Oversight the integration of supplier products into our internal systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
    • Maintain and manage product data within our system, ensuring accuracy, pricing, and consistency of format.
  • Construction & Technical Expertise
    • NZ residential construction, systems, and product knowledge.
    • Support franchises by providing technical product guidance and best-practice recommendations.
  • Process Improvement & Support
    • Assist with plan loading requests and liaise with outsourced service providers.
    • Identify and implement process improvements within product management and system workflows.
