Job Title

We are seeking an experienced System Integration Coordinator to join our team. This critical role ensures that our residential construction systems are well-integrated, efficient, and optimally managed. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of residential building products used in New Zealand homes, exceptional data management skills, and the ability to interpret and work with construction plans and modern technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary advocate for construction products within the business, liaising between franchises and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure access to high-quality, cost-effective products.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of approved products, ensuring up-to-date specifications, pricing, and compliance information.
  • Provide product insights and recommendations to support procurement and franchise operations.
  • Oversee the integration of supplier products into internal systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Maintain and manage product data within our system, ensuring accuracy in pricing and consistency of format.
  • Work closely with the procurement and financial teams to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • Develop and manage spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools to track product performance and usage trends.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of residential construction products and materials used in New Zealand homes.
- Experience in working with construction plans, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring product compatibility.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Experience with modern construction technology and digital systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
