New Zealand's premier construction company, Hawkins, is seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join its Auckland team. This role will play a key part in delivering complex projects across various sectors.

We are looking for an engineer with a background in MEP Building Services, preferably with Mechanical or Electrical services experience. A minimum of 5 years' experience working as an NZ-based Building Services Engineer is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical advice on Building Services related matters
  • Managing service discipline design processes
  • Preparing scopes of work packages for service disciplines
  • Communicating project information and instructions to services subcontractors
  • Managing Technical Submissions and RFI processes
  • Monitoring service contractors' performance in terms of cost and quality

We value individuals who can prioritize tasks under pressure, communicate effectively, and establish good working relationships. Computer literacy in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project is beneficial.
