The Northern Regional Alliance is recruiting for a Clinical Charge Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly skilled and experienced nurse to lead our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in neonatal care, ideally with at least 3 years' experience in a tertiary hospital setting. The successful candidate will be committed to excellence in patient care, with a focus on building strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and promoting teamwork.

You will be accountable for managing resources and budgets, and will possess current NZ Nursing Registration and an annual practicing certificate. Post-graduate qualifications and experience as a senior staff nurse in NICU would be advantageous.
