Administrative Support Professional

Evolving Early Childhood Education (ECE) in Aotearoa requires accurate and timely administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our centres. As an Administrator with Evolve, you play a vital role in maintaining compliance and supporting our Kaiako and Centre Leadership teams.
We strive to create a home away from home for both Tamariki and our staff, embracing diversity and warmly welcoming families into our community. Our centre is characterised by reciprocal relationships with parents and whānau, fostering a collaborative approach to holistic child development.
This role involves working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with typical areas of focus including:
- Processing enrolments and managing paperwork
- Providing general administrative support to the Centre Manager
- Accurately recording Tamariki attendance, absences, pick-ups and drop-offs
- Entering staff hours into our payroll system
- Maintaining the filing system and adhering to processes
- Assisting with banking and invoicing tasks
