About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wound and Stoma Care Specialist to join our team at Ashburton Hospital. As a key member of our Clinical Nurse Specialist team, you will be responsible for providing expert assessment and advice on wound and stomal therapy.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience working in the clinical speciality or a relevant senior nursing role, with a strong commitment to post-graduate study. You will be an expert at leading and developing nursing practice, auditing, quality improvement, and improving overall clinical expertise.

As a senior Registered Nurse, you will work alongside the vascular/stomal team based in Ashburton and Christchurch, providing expert knowledge in the management of patient care while working closely with families/whānau to optimise outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
