The Opportunity
We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team as a Blood Collection Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting blood products and educating donors on health matters. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working shifts Monday to Friday, usually between 0700-2015, with the occasional Saturday.
Your Responsibilities
- Collect blood products and educate donors on health matters
- Work in small teams alongside Qualified Donor Technicians and Registered Nurses
- Participate in professional development & advancement including a Nursing Council accredited PDRP programme
- Undertake comprehensive training and orientation
