As a Technical Accounting Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our software while also supporting internal teams with expert accounting insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and practical accounting expertise to customers, explaining financial impacts and answering queries.
  • Help new customers integrate their accounting needs with the functionality of Nomos One.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to enhance and refine functionalities.
  • Support testing, diagnose system errors, and ensure reliable financial outputs.
  • Develop and occasionally deliver training to improve product and accounting knowledge.
  • Assist teams with accounting insights, data analysis, and expert advice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CA qualified or actively working towards certification
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Tech savvy & experience with cloud-based software is preferred
  • Strong time management and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High integrity and professionalism
