Finance Systems Administrator Wellington CBD basedAs our Finance Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for checking the data integrity of the financial systems (including applications, models and reporting tools).
You will also be managing the monitoring and actioning of interfaces and data refreshes within the finance systems.
This role supports the Finance Team with General Ledger and finance systems data enquiries.
Day-to-day your key responsibilities will be:
Ensuring all finance system interfaces are operating effectivelyReconciling between Oracle ERP, EPM and TM1Assisting with month-end and year-end and roll-over processesMaintaining various systems structuresAssisting with fault analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery plansSetting up new usersPreparing and submitting change requests, and communicating updatesThis is a great opportunity to take your early career to the next step

If you have an IT or Accounting qualification combined with some SQL knowledge and an understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, preferably Oracle, we'd love to hear from you.
