As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will take on the role of Duty Manager at Peppers Beacon. This prestigious hotel is situated in Queenstown, New Zealand's premier tourist destination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office Team in orchestrating daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Nurture team growth and skill-building through mentorship and support.
  • Collaborate with guests to resolve challenges and provide solutions.
  • Contribute to roster planning and preparation.
Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will require demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, with a proven track record of leadership experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor. Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is highly desirable.
