Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Court Registry Officer. This role is critical to the efficient operation of the Court, and requires a strong understanding of Court procedures and protocols.

Key Accountabilities

  • Court Taking – Ensure the smooth introduction of Judges and management of jurors.
  • Customer Service – Provide exceptional service to court users, including defendants, witnesses, and legal professionals.
  • Case Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date Court files, with a focus on data entry and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
