About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled engineer to join a progressive and customer-focused Council. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our community.

Job Description
  • Deliver technical expertise and support for the Council's 3 Waters Capital Works Program.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure environmental sustainability and responsibility in all aspects of project delivery.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified Civil or Natural Resources Engineer, or equivalent tertiary qualification with technical expertise in Engineering.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with 3-Waters infrastructure design and construction.
  • Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with NZS:3910 conditions of contract for building and civil engineering construction.
