It's an excellent time to be joining Western Bay of Plenty District Council with the approved long-term plan providing for considerable infrastructure investment. You'll be coming into a high performing team tasked with delivering the district's water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure, ensuring it meets the current and future requirements of the district.

Are you ready to be challenged and be part of a busy Assets and Capital team? This is a great opportunity for an experienced project delivery individual who has had a great attitude and understands the importance of delivering critical 3 Waters projects for the local community. Your broad civil infrastructure engineering design, construction and project management experience will be an asset in this role and with many projects at delivery stage and new ones on the horizon, this is a great time to join the team.

**The Challenge**
- Manage and execute delivery of 3 waters capital projects from inception to completion.
- Develop an understanding of the network capacity with respect to current and future development.
- Lead communication and engagement with key stakeholder including the community.
- Provide solutions that add value and are effective for Council and the community.

**Your Skills**
- BEng in Civil Engineering, CPEng accreditation is desirable.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Delivery of 3 Waters projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Contract and construction mana
