Auckland Rentals Limited t/a City Apartments Limited: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Auckland Rentals Limited t/a City Apartments Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring that all physical aspects of the facilities are functioning properly and efficiently.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies for the effective management of apartment physical infrastructure.
  • Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the apartments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and occupational health.
  • Maintaining the register of assets in the facility to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment.
  • Managing subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinating with property managers as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

Requirements:
  • 3 years of work experience in facility management, property maintenance, or a related field.
  • NZQF Level 5 or higher qualification in a relevant field or a bachelor's degree in any major.
