Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at MOTO KARE LIMITED. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives that align with the company's vision and mission.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies, customer service policies, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure alignment of business operations with the company's vision and mission.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
  • Ensure profitability and sustainable financial growth.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback by ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, and manage employee performance, development, and relations.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure high service standards.
  • Promote the business to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage business risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure a safe and positive work environment and ensure health and safety standards are met.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee regular inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' work experience in a management role is essential.
  • A bachelor's degree may be advantageous, although not essential.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills with staff and customers, and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
