Job Description

The Site Representative will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our residents. This includes conducting regular security rounds, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a detailed log of activities performed during on-call hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting security rounds of the building and grounds at designated times
  • Being on-call to respond to emergencies and resident requests for assistance as needed
  • Maintaining a detailed log of time spent and activities carried out during on-call hours
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents by providing timely support when needed

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, the Site Representative will receive an apartment provided by 2Life Communities, including utilities, basic telephone service, and basic cable TV. Additionally, a biweekly stipend of $100 will be provided for duties performed during on-call hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, flexibility, and adaptability. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

Only legally required benefits are provided, including sick time and paid family medical leave. A Site Representative and License Agreement will be required upon successful hiring.
