Our team is responsible for facilitating engagement with Councils, community leaders, and iwi/hapu, establishing and nurturing relationships and partnerships, and building Te Ao Maori capability within the organisation.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement stakeholder planning to proactively build and maintain relationships with key regional stakeholders affected by our operations. Gather relevant strategic insights at a regional level to facilitate the integration of our objectives and work with stakeholders' own objectives and mahi. Work alongside other teams in Transpower to optimise our work in key regions with critical projects to meet both regional and Transpower needs. Act as a conduit between the business and key regional communities, identifying issues to be managed and developing appropriate response strategies enhancing the way we interact with our stakeholders and communities.
